They are hoping to find a long-term nanny who is dependable, nurturing, and excited to become a valued part of their household.

📍 Position Details

Location: Miami Beach, FL (Zip Code 33160)
Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week, approximately 8–9 hours per shift
- Primarily late afternoons and weekends
Flexibility: Availability for additional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
Start Date: Flexible, but the family is eager to hire soon
Household Structure: This is a multi-nanny household, with defined responsibilities for each child. Comfort working alongside another nanny in the home is important.
Extra Perk: Ability to travel with the family is a plus

👶 Responsibilities

Provide warm, consistent, and attentive care in a respectful, communicative household 💛
Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Uphold complete discretion and confidentiality at all times 🔐
Plan and engage the child in creative and enriching activities, including reading, art, music, and outdoor play 🎨📚🎶
Communicate clearly and regularly with parents regarding routines, schedules, and developmental needs

✔️ Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
CPR and First Aid certification
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience caring for toddlers preferred

💵 Compensation & Perks

Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
Supportive and responsive management team
W‑2 position with steady, bi‑weekly pay

Bonus Opportunity: In addition to this role, Jovie can offer extra shifts with other families in our network starting at $17/hour—providing the opportunity to increase weekly hours if desired.
